The National Council of Women will once again be organising the Food Handling Course at the NCW Centre in Blata l-Bajda.
This one day course will be held on Sunday 15th March 2026 from 9am to 2pm.
The course will be led by tutor Mr Joseph Cassar and will cover topics including:
- Food Safety and Hazards – Biological, Chemical and Physical
- Allergens and intolerances
- Pre requisite program- pest control, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation, temperature control, etc.
- The HACCP system
- Legal requirements & other related topics
To register ID card or passport are accepted. Applicants over the age of 16 are accepted.
Payment of €32.00 must be affected in advance to secure your place.
Payment of the fee can be made in cash, by cheque or Revolut on 79709727 (please include your name).
(The fee includes registration with the Food Safety Commission, Tuition and License to work in the food industry, certificate and card).
